Orders

1.2 No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us and payment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any order.
1.3 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and, accordingly, we shall not be liable for such advice or recommendation.

3 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Price
4.1 The price of the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page of this website. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time however, if we accept an order from you, the price for the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page at the time the order for them is placed.
4.2 Prices for Goods on this website are shown in £ sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT.
4.3 Transactions authorised on this site will appear on your credit card statement as "Inchcape Land Rover Webshop" Transactions will be effected in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction.
Payment method
5.1 Upon providing us with details of your chosen payment card and submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment card to pay for Goods on the order and authorise us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the Goods and all other payments due such as delivery charges.
5.2 Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount.

6.1 Your details may be used by ourselves or agents acting on our behalf, to provide you with information by post, telephone, fax, email, or other appropriate forms of communication, about our Group's products and services, or to obtain your opinions through market research. Delivery
1.1 The Goods will be delivered to the address shown for delivery on your order form. Items ordered together might not be despatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
1.2 Items ordered and paid for before 3 p.m which are held in stock will be dispatched the same day , on special ordered items we will try to deliver your order within 3-14 days (depending on the delivery address) you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. Made to order Goods will be despatched when they are available to us. If you require a faster or guaranteed delivery service, you should call our Shop line (0845 124 8225) to discuss your requirements and we will advise you availability and any additional costs.
1.3 Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

Cancellation and returns
2.2 We have made returns as easy as possible for you. To return or exchange a product you may do so within 28 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
2.3 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been personalised or made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty). We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
2.4 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.
